Facilitation

Our past work in Facilitation has evolved and now includes a range of activities to support Individuals and Groups as well as Directors, Managers and Staff in organisations.

Our methods of light touch facilitation which has much in common with Action Research has proven a powerful tool in our recent activities working with Disadvantaged Adults in a custodial setting.

Coaching
We have many years experience coaching staff on a wide range of subjects in-organisation and on a free standing basis.

Mentoring
We have recently progressed our informal mentoring to formally supporting a number of young business people in their Start-ups in an after care advisory role with the PSYBT.
