We are currently developing a number of ideas and projects:
100 Start-up Challenge
We have continued our work on Personal Enterprise and Enterprise coaching and are actively seeking to recruiting a further cohort of would be Entrepreneurs in the Glasgow area to work through our 7 Step Start-up process. So far we have worked with over 80 clients, with more to follow soon, we hope!
Junction-X & R.E.V.E.A.L.
Junction “X” is a Social Enterprise project currently being developed by The Strategy Cafe, aimed at creating a platform for the delivery of R.E.V.E.A.L. – a facilitated personal change programme, extending its reach to a wider audience.
R.E.V.E.A.L. is a supportive facilitated intervention that begins with general support in areas such as personal budgeting, communication skills and evolves towards personal problem solving, personal change and personal enterprise.
R.E.V.E.A.L. is a development project where we are creating a facilitated personal development programme aimed at the needs of long term unemployed / economically inactive to help them address the perceived Barriers, Obstacles, Triggers and Habits that get in the way of their personal progress.
The programme uses a range of facilitation, discussion, activies and prompts to help personal reflection, goal setting, with the aim of developing more positive self image and belief as well as supporting important life skills. Elements of the programme are currently being tested with clients with a range of issues including a history of alcohol and drug misuse, prolonged unemployment, criminality and offending behaviours and low self esteme. The feedback so far from participants has been very encouraging, hence our desire to develop Junction-X to take that work to a wider audience.
PACES
PACES is a collaborative development adapting and extending our facilitaiton activies to support personal development and career review. It complements R.E.V.E.A.L. and utilises similar facilitation, discussion, activies and prompts to support consideration of life and career issues and opportunities. The feedback from initial participants was very positive. We are currently seeking other opportunities to develop the process further.
